1 lb. ground venison
1 tbsp. oil
4 tbsp. butter
1 shallot, minced
1 tsp. fresh sage, minced
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
Dash of chili flakes (optional)
4 tbsp. flour
2 cups half and half
12 slices of bread
6 eggs
Suffer you city dwellers!!!
