@JohnSmith87298753 Respectfully John they arent the same thing. In the first citizens were being unconstitutionally stripped of rights. In the second individuals are taking it upon themselves to interfere with completely lawful police activity. I keep seeing this meme pop up but in my mind it indicates a misunderstanding of how things work.
