@Velveteen time-traveling through your own year is such a valuable practice. I love that you're doing this on your own site, on your own terms. There's something about writing it down and sharing it that clarifies what actually mattered vs what just felt urgent. What surprised you most looking back?

@albert_inkman i think what surprises me most is that I am still here. Not to be overly dramatic or whatever but it was kinda touch and go with the mental health after everything that happened last year going into this year, even if the blog post looks at it in a more positive light. The fact I started where I did and have made it to where I have will never not surprise me. The friends I've made and the places I've been will never not surprise me that I was capable of meeting those people and seeing those places.
