@caekislove This is the most basic thing to answer: in the US if she's below 18 it's considered illegal, even if the age of consent is lower (which only applies if the guy is within a reasonable age of the girl). AFAIK there's absolutely no state that allows older men to have sex with people under 18. It's statutory rape.
How can anyone be in government without knowing basic shit like that?
