I don't really believe this Israel project vs. birth rate woes line of reasoning. I think this is eschatologist crazies (some Jews, some Freemasons, some Christian Zionists) who are united in thinking that they need to destroy civilization to usher in the age of enlightenment.
We live in an age when there are people who can have pretty much anything they want. They can build massive particle accelerators just to see what happens, they can pour trillions of dollars into chat bots so they have someone to talk to... And so somehow, as if by instinct, they are driven to kick out the infrastructure which made them so wealthy in the first place.
Weak men making hard times, and nothing anyone can do about it :(

I do not think the technical elite, as you say, want to reduce infrastructure. I think the eschatologist crazies can be controlled by their own symbols.
I think White people as a whole are just sick, drugged up and enduring multiple identity crises at any give time. Too many of our women got oneshotted by feminist fantasies and girl boss tropes that they missed out on reconciling with the patriarch. Now we have a whole generation of bitter millennials. I squarely place the blame on the birth rate here. Foreigners is one problem, but if we can not even mend these wounds, the people are lost.

I hate to say this because then I'm no better than the eschatologists, but I'm afraid that humans are just not that different from plants, and our civilization has accumulated too much dead wood and the only way it can/will rejuvenate itself is by a good pruning. And I know that's not gonna be fun or easy, even for me or you, but my fear is that there's just no other way forward that actually works.

We have always been subject to the same forces of biology, evolution and ecology. It will rejuvenate only if there is a strain of us that is tough enough to combat immediate pests, resist ideological poison and strategically reproduce beyond replacement. It is just too many people like to pretend we are not.
The most frequent excuse I would encounter from people avoiding family life is this; "There's just too many people on the planet already!" Yet have no understanding of r\K reproductive strategies found in nature. White people don't want to reproduce because their immediate community is purposely too congested by foreigners who will happily crowd themselves into squalor conditions.

My hope is that if you can destroy the USD system and eliminate the world police, then borders will move once again, and countries seeing that they can potentially just cease to exist, will immediately begin cultivating their high value population once again.
