Rare moment in sc3k where you don't have any issue with traffic. People don't uses any care or train or metro because instead of doing the usual place the industrial zone a concentrated area, I just put it next to the houses/commerce.
Value of the squares are lower than when separated but over time it doesn't matter if you put lots of trees/parks. People are happy.
Also the mechanism for tourism is a bit obscure like waste management, but I guess it's because they didn't finish those parts.
