@Velveteen@labyrinth.zone I'm still in the Grasslands and yes, there is definitely A LOT of open worldness at play here, so I totally understand. But so far it's doing it for me more than the last open world game I played, I think because I'm pretty much able to see where everything is on the map and just zip between objectives; it doesn't feel as much of a slog as some more exploration focussed games.
Wow, you really do have to listen to Chadley and MAI a lot in FFVII Rebirth, huh?
Finished FFVII Intermission! I enjoyed it a lot! Yuffie's playstyle is very fun, and the story did a very good job of fleshing her out as a character more than the original. No longer is she a one-note little gremlin.
Installed Rebirth just now; look forward to starting it tomorrow!
Last night I dreamt that Stranger Things season 5 started with Will trapped in the Upside Down again, and there was a scene that led to a fucking interactive minigame where you take turns drawing "tarot" cards against Vecna. The outcome would affect how the ending played out.
And damn, if that probably isn't some fucked up executive's idea of the future of TV.
