The American military believes that their air defense systems will not be able to reliably intercept all "Shahids", reports CNN.

Pentagon chief Pete Hegseth and the head of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Dan Kaine, admitted that Iranian "Shahids" pose a greater problem than initially expected - because they fly "low and slow" and can "better evade air defense systems than ballistic missiles".

According to one of the sources, officials tried to reduce the alarming impression and noted that partners in the Persian Gulf have stocks of interceptor missiles

Hegseth bragging about finishing off the Iranian Navy is such retarded boomerbait. Bro, the Iranian navy has never been a factor in this conflict. Might as well brag about destroying the Iranian skateboard arsenal.

The longer Iran holds out, the better position it is in. All the math is in its favor, because right now every US attack degrades its own offensive capability more than it does the Iranians'. However, it's not impossible that the US could still pull something out of its hat.

The thing is, every time a retard like Hegseth or Trump opens their mouth, it makes me think the US is actually doing even worse than it looks.
