is it that hard for road redditors to get the fuck out of the way?

Whenever I see cyclists I always think about the mental illness epidemic.
I mean lets be serious here, nobody's gonna out in the road on this little toy that is incapable of maintaining traffic speed, unless they've got a few screws loose.

E-bikes are becoming an issue here as they are much faster than road bikes.
If they can keep up with traffic then I don't have to pass them, and so they're basically the same as a motorcycle. Very dangerous, but not an actual roadway obstruction...
The ones here typically cannot go more than 20-25 mph.
So they ride on the sidewalks and bike paths but that is really fast when pedestrians are present.

25mph is kind of worst case. Too slow to go in the road, and way too fast to be on pedestrian trails.
Where I used to live there was a lot of picrel, which pretty much excludes everything on wheels. The C-shaped part swings so you have to pull it, walk in, then push it to get out.
Now I'm more rural so the main slow thing on the road is a tractor - and they're obviously legitimate users.

Yeah Americans would struggle with that.
