Without a body there can be no crime, let alone a crime scene. There is no cause of death, no time of death, and no murder weapon. They did get him in an interrogation room and grill him, but it didn't amount to anything because at the end of the day there was no charge.

@graf @RaHoWaJoe @adequate @Druid There were times when he did his show on YouTube, when there were very strict rules about some subjects. Any mention of race could destroy his main source of income. He would explain this to all of his guests and some guests would break the rules. He's had such incidents with Emily Youcis, Jim Goad and Greg Johnson and he would get mad because they're fucking with a large portion of his income. It happened once or twice with Elora as well.
