I started working when I was 12; mowing lawns, raking leaves, shoveling snow. By 14, I was allowed to work in fast food, and at 16 I was allowed to work in construction. Joined the military for the college money, got degrees in computers, all that propaganda.
I eventually aged out of the workforce and went to prison trying to escape this capitalist trap. The past 12 years, I've been starting new careers about 20 years too late. I became a bouncer at 38. Now my hearing, eyesight, and knees are going bad.

Dam, yea depending on your record is it would be harder to get on where I was gonna suggest. But may still be worth a shot. My company (I assume you know who I work for?) is hiring alot of GM techs and landscapers across the country.

I'm not sure how far they have expanded the program yet but in my state they have hired a master electrician and plumber and are soon to start hiring apprentices. They pay for schooling and of course you work and get paid on the job as well. Hell of a deal especially if you can get your masters in 5ish years and strike out on your own of needed.

My misdemeanor weed charges I went to prison for are expunged now. I have worked federal contracts for a few years. My body is wrecked from doing physical labor for so long. At my age, I need to be sitting in an office doing paperwork in air conditioning.
I already have CompTIA A+ certifications and Electronics Technician certifications from the Navy 26 years ago, Associates degree in media arts and animation, bachelor's degree in 3D modeling and animation, CPR BAT certification, DOT physical certification, state guard card certification, various weapons certifications, USPS mail handling certification, and am currently in the process of getting a commercial drone pilot license certification.
My brain is bleeding.
