@JeffGrimesArt I was going to grill but I decided it's shitty out so I'm making penne pollo alfredo for lunch and when I wake up hungover later I'm going to make angel hair pasta with a home made red sauce I'm going to start slow cooking before zzzing
I just made a pan of meatballs that would be good with your red sauce and pasta.

You toast the dry Penne in olive oil with a ton of chili flakes. Then, you slowly ladle the tomato sauce, which is watered down almost to a broth consistency, into the pan one to two at a time. Then, you cook on medium until the pan is nearly dry.
It caramelizes the sauce to the pasta, darkening it to almost black. However, the tomato and chili flavor is extremely intense.
