And I think some people have the chicken and the egg backwards. The reason we're seeing more Indian labor isn't because the CEOs are Indian. The boards are hiring Indian Officers, so labor — Indian labor — will be more likely to comply with directives. The boards, not the CEOs, are running the outsource show.
