Start digging from the yard towards the basement of your house and make a door way.
If chance went the right way, I'd consider buying up an old gold mine and building a house inside of it, then flipping it for like 50mn$ to a rich weirdo who thinks the end of the world is gonna be tomorrow.
I guess making a reality show would be good stuff since it's basically just a long advert for the property...
