If you wait 6 months or a year and grab them while they're walking out their driveway, nail them to a post and burn them alive, nobody's gonna figure out who did it. Judges have tons of enemies, almost by definition.

2I think if you like "hurting other people" just in an abstract sense, without any concept of justice attached to it - you'd do it to people who are completely defenseless and/or will not be believed by anyone.

There's not a lot of distinction between someone who "likes to hurt people" and "people that are willing to hurt people for the 'right' reasons."
Willingness to use violence is the only common denominator and it's a rare trait for better or worse. I really doubt anyone is actually going to hurt judges in the near term.
