@WandererUber I'm indecisive. I think it could be cool to have a game before the Reapers, and the autism project of a post-reaper war game.

@Patricles @WandererUber Could work. Part of the bit of this game is to have my players be the goons for a Salarian Spectre already

I kinda want them to be "edgy but your goals are aligned". ME2 Cerberus was the most interesting of their depictions. I like the "alliance black ops gone rogue" angle.
So they're untrustworthy spooks, but they've gotten their hands on something to fight The Reapers
My worry in part is that it crosses over too much with the main plot tbh

I'm thinking our researcher guy is stumbling across reaper stuff. The murderer is one of those Cerberus sleeper agents that they have inserted back into galactic society.
Dunno exactly what this researcher would have found. Fishing for ideas.
