Congrats! It feels amazing to lose weight! That’s an amazing accomplishment. I’ve lost 15lbs, I wasn’t super overweight, but uncomfortable in my own skin and since losing the weight feel so much better, I still want to lose another 10 lbs, but I’m fine if it happens slowly. Slow and steady wins the race! I’m about a size US 6/8 right now and feel fine! 😊

After having 4 babies back to back and having stress, I kept the weight on extra :aqua_cry: I hit 200 the week I gave birth to my last baby and was like "NO FREAKING WAY! IM NOT GOING TO BE FAT!!" And for the first time since having a baby, I actually lost weight immediately. By my 8 week visit I had lost 20 pounds. So now I'm about 10 pounds heavier than when I had my first child, but I'm not a spring chicken anymore so that's okay!

I have to go in and take the waist in on all my skirts because they slide down too much and I trip. I did buy a new skirt that should get here today though :animu_excite:

me too! I want to start actually getting strong. I don’t want to be just skinny, I want to feel strong and fit in my body. the hardest spot for me to lose from is my butt and thighs. it’s so stubborn! 😡 I need to do some weigh lifting and of course I want to strengthen my back and core, cuz I have scoliosis.
