Fellas, I have a huge craving for potato skins so I'm gonna make em for dinner but I'm also going to make like 5x more so I can freeze em and just air fry em when I want more. Thoughts?

@graf I'm not sure on that... I know when I cut fries I boil, fry and then freeze after a 30 second fry.

@SIC_Guy I'm going to bake them for about an hour at 425, let them rest then cut em in half and coat em in home made garlic butter its gonna be epic ngl
