@Terry 110 miles in 3 days for a well-fed, well-hydrated pilot is entirely possible. That's basically a somewhat slow walk for half the day for those 3 days, and if he's physically fit that's more than achievable.

The supposed "rescue site" being 110 miles away from the ejection point seems pretty damning for the notion of it being real. No way an injured pilot carrying supplies is gonna be able to travel that far on foot. The site is also near Ishafan, meaning that it absolutely could've been an attempt to seize uranium. And that one pic of a charred skull in one plane's wreckage makes me think the zero casualties story might be less than accurate.
