I wasn't born yesterday, I know genes play a massive role, but also in France, French blacks are not 1/10th as violent as Americans, so it's not the entire story either.

What I read was that Hitler didn't snub Jesse Owens. FDR did. He wouldn't receive him at the White House. #blackhistorymonth
