I mean I have a big ass, but it has stretch scars
I use swimsuit that kinda has short leg sleeves to hide them

Go see a dermatologist. There are treatments for that.

Didn't know, thought I don't care enough to do anything about it..

I mean, if you're already paying for health insurance you might as well try. Worst thing they can tell you is that the treatment isn't covered because it's cosmetic, though if it's affecting your self-esteem, perhaps there's a way around that.
