bro we watched the end of the sportsball series and the toronto batter literally shattering the bat with the bases loaded? that would have won the game and I earnestly thing somebody rigged it because that bat SHATTERED it didnt split it exploded

I’m familiar with the play to which you’re referring. I hate the dodgers as much as anyone but I’m not sure there’s a different outcome if the bat remains intact.

incidentally my dad has always believed pro sports are rigged. and not even in a bitter way – he was never a gambler nor a fanatic. he’s consistent about it even when “his” team wins a title. I think he’s just seen too many unlikely things happen.

toronto crushed it this year and there's no way on the face of this earth that bat shattering like that happened coincidentally when their MVP was up to bat. you will not convince me otherwise
