or put another way, on the beta site, clicking the poast logo doesn't return to the root path (or do anything) which is weird from a web dev standpoint

sad picker immediately closes as of today but not earlier this week

so...clicking the more (...) button on reacts now just immediately closes the panel (and no error in console)
