I think if most people were honest they'd agree the experiment failed and they need to go back. They are fundamentally incompatible with a civilized society. They are just too dumb and violent.

TND is extremely high effort because majority of society will go against it. Also it's risky (death is irreversible). Lots of top-down solutions like this ended up in communist purge nightmare hell.
Low effort / low risk = minor tweaks which have impact w/ 2nd order / 3rd order effects.
1. Kill equal housing act -> 1st amendment free association
2. Thug crime -> Civil liability for building owner (don't rent rooms to thugs)
3. Make prisoners learn and work like in Japan and El Salvador -> No more prison gangs.
4. Lifers go in a different prison b/c you NEVER want them to influence non-lifers.
5. Prisons to have "levels": be good, work hard, you move up, more freedom / better conditions. Prisoners strongly incentivized to act like model citizens. Highest level prisoners wear ties, act like boyscouts / military. Parole tied to rising up the levels. Parolees generally more polite and respectful than average citizen.
6. Public executions of heinous criminals. DON'T OVERTHINK IT. Death penalty is way overcomplicated, you have appeal after appeal, innocence project, etc etc etc. Here's what you do: Go to a guy with life in prison, selected to be worst-of-the-worst, say "you wanna die? your family will get 50k off content royalties". He says yes, it's technically a suicide, all of the death penalty bullshit is bypassed. He says no, ask the next guy. You only need a few public hangings a year to give people a good sense of justice.

Out of everyone I have ever met, the person who is the absolute most obsessive about being fair to every partner, investor, deal participant, etc, is a Jew. I have never in my life met another person who spends more brain cells making sure that everyone gets taken care of.

So I'm like allergic to swindlers, I cannot stand them because you cannot do any kind of deal with a swindler, you will always lose.
But I'm gonna tell you, the swindler Jews - I haven't met them. Doesn't mean they don't exist, but I haven't met them. That said, the Jews I know are mostly part of a world where there's a lot of money moving around, a lot of trust is required, so your reputation for integrity is your absolute most prized possession.
And I've got about 5 people who are just cut off from ever dealing with me because they are frauds. Out of those, only one is a Jew, and he's kind of like "borderline", he charges too much, doesn't really deliver anything, promises the moon and stars, unethical business practices etc. Of the others, 3 are just flat out "grab the money" scammers, and the last one is a pathological liar.
So I've been in this business almost a decade, and the reality is, I actually feel a bit *safer* when I know the guy I'm talking to is a Jew. Truth is stranger than fiction I guess ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

There is a caveat to this, it's not a swindle, but if you're not familiar with it you might feel scammed.
People in this world, particularly the billionaires, will offer you deals that you should never ever ever ever accept.
It's not a scam per se, they're asking you if you want something, and the correct answer is "no, you don't".
It's very typical to get a "first deal" which is something no sane person would ever accept, and you have to go back with a counter-offer that makes more sense. And sometimes they'll stick to the bad offer just because they are not interested in what you're doing, or maybe they are, but they know you have no other options.
Billionaire deals are something you always have to be mentally prepared to walk away from.
People in this world, particularly the billionaires, will offer you deals that you should never ever ever ever accept.

If there's a conflict that can't be smoothed over, the guy that loses is gonna be the one that is less critical to the business, 10 times out of 10. In-group preference is certainly a thing, but it doesn't beat hard reality.
