12The timing of this lawsuit is convenient after he beat a patent troll. I think it's just short hat tricks and they called in a favor from latisha since they bailed her out of her mortgage fraud shennanigans. They're just big mad that Valve is a really successful independant company and they don't control it. At the end of the day they want to control everything. Look at why they smeared Mel Gibson over passion of the christ. They cried anti semetic dog whistles but it was because the movie made 450 million dollars without hollywoods backing or approval. They absolutely couldn't stand someone being successful without them having any control of it and had to destroy him. It's the same bullshit here with Valve and these people.
lots of the examples are taken out their ass and no longer true, another easy "stop wasting time with ai" judgement awaiting
@sun@shitposter.world @coolboymew@shitposter.world @i@declin.eu @kaia@brot.eus @ooignignoktoo@shitposter.world i bought the docking station with wallet funds so i don't know why there would be a prohibition on the deck itself. i even went to the store page now and while i didn't have enough to buy another one, i could use my wallet funds for partial payment if i wanted to.
also back when the steam controller went on a $5 firesale a few years ago, im pretty sure loads of people did sell of cheap csgo and tf2 items to buy it.
but the amount of money shuffling people have done with CS items is no joke, it's a whole shadow economy
he went around and asked people who quit games like CSGO and Dota for their skins and bought them for ~20% of the market rate.
so yes steam does allow that.
skins are gambling but cashing out isnt easy^^
