@dictatordave from what I recall at least in the US, all of the people that they've caught were ones where the evidence was there, just ignored for too long.

I imagine it's not really any different elsewhere - you put in place reasonable safeguards and then those that stick out are just things you look into.

but yea what can you do, it'd be cumbersome to try to detect all the spying that goes on, however there's so much overt action that's just left unmolested its mind boggling and my only conclusion is there's a lot of corrupt people in the gov and positions of power

@dictatordave there is a lot that has been ignored with China for a over a decade for sure.

@sickburnbro i imagine the eu has a lot of spies here as well, and i bet they blend right in
