@bronze WTF I love classic cars now?
This is the only reason anyone likes classic cars, because they want to forget that post-1971 ever happened.
There's no classic cars from the 1930s or 1940s, those years are not interesting, they're just "antiques".
It's all late 50s to early 70s and that's for a really good reason.

@cjd @bronze There were some cool design styles in the 30s and 40s, but unfortunately they had other flaws or economic conditions that kept them down. They also had the post war baby boom that made them impractical for the large family. 1940(?) Mercury town sedan:
