indie games are better than aaa games because then someone can make a game with characters that look like whatever and have whatever themes and it doesn't feel like it's being forced on everybody, people just buy the game if they like it and if you don't like it you just ignore it

@sun it's the simple things that trip us up the most.

@gabriel there's a dynamic where I can ignore small title games I don't like, in fact it makes me happy that there's people out there different than me that do like that type of game and they can get it now, everyone wins; but for big established-name titles, if feels like "oh you like that sandwich? well, I hate you so I replaced the roast beef with shit, now eat it"
