I provide a service a lot of people use, you provide a "dynamic content" (read: i don't do much show prep so the people who call in and the people who pay me provide the content). Both of us and our goals are very, very different. Don't ever compare me to somebody like you or anybody else who lives hand to mouth streaming shit. I am just trying to keep my website alive that you and everybody else use

I think you'd both agree it's an unreliable and somewhat degrading way of being compensated for the value you offer to largely freeloading audiences. It clearly bothers you both.

Not to say you necessarily need paywalls and cute vTuber shills instead, but if you both find the begging like hobos thing degrading and insufficient, new revenue gathering methods and angles must be explored. Graf's position is more flexible and uncertain in options than Rand's, but Rand has ALL of his proven solutions already provided to him on a silver platter and needs only start digging in. Both have unique challenges and advantages to handle.

Both of you ought to succeed given your talents and efforts. Whether you will succeed or not depends on whether you grow beyond mere busking and utilize new ways of delivering value to your audiences. Or, if biting each other over who is a more noble and unappreciated digital hobo is too personally gratifying, just stay the course.
