Honestly most loose tobacco is probably not jam-packed with chems. It's hard to find anything other that pipe tobacco by me otherwise I'd go back to rolling my own

A pack of rolling paper 1 1/4 50 leaves is 4$ at the store, buying a box of 25 packs is 20$ online, same shit with filters, i buy them in pack of 1000 from eastern europe for 20$, costs me under 40$ for 1000 smokes when a box of prerolled papers with filter is 20 for 200

I pay about half price for higher quality cigs, handrolling rules

Dude i can get a bix of 200 tubes for a dollar. It's the tobacco that is hard to find. All of it is designed for pipe and just doesn't taste the same

Why would we need the tarp? Personal use tobacco grow is legal in every state last I checked. They didn't even have crop or stock limits.
