@adequate I eat plenty beef. It's just that if i were to have it for dinner pretty much every night like improving my iron intake calls for it would break the bank.

@f0x That I get. I eat keto most of the year but so long as I stay away from the fake foods it remains somewhat affordable. Tonight's dinner was eggs with cheese and cucumber on the side.
