be careful friend. entering into home ownership is very multifaceted. always cover your ass before anything else. get inspections done, appraisals. valuation on the property by a third party. sight unseen is one thing, but going into it without for example having an inspection could be an absolute nightmare. house could be sinking partially, weeping tile issues (super, super common) will cost an absolute fortune to fix and nobody here wants to see you out a lot of money brother. we are rooting for you but make sure you cross your T's and dot your i's
