I liked Surge soda despite the fact that it's weird goyslop poison. They brought it back for awhile in the later 2010's but I'm pretty sure it's gone again. Some of my best memories were drinking Surge in my friend's basement while playing NHL '93 on Sega Genesis lol.

It was weird and had a very unique taste that's not like Mountain Dew/Mellow Yellow/Sun Drop or any of the other highly caffeinated citrus sodas.

Apparently you can only get it in Norway (I think that's where it originally was made.) I think Coca Cola bought them and changed it to Surge in the 90's, but they still sell it in Norway as "Urge." 🤷🏻‍♂️

We used to have a pretty sick venue in Pontiac MI called Clutch Cargo's. It was this giant church that was made into a concert venue, I saw Meshuggah there back in 2002. They closed it and turned it into something else though. 😔

Where do you even go in Detroit? I used to live down there like 20 years ago when I was in college but it was all retarded homeless/crackhead niggers robbing each other so I never went back. I think they kind of cleaned up the area around Little Caesar's Arena and the Casino but I honestly don't know because I never go there. I used to go to metal concerts at The Magic Stick, The Majestic, St. Andrews Hall, and some other places but I haven't been there in forever.
