@halva my best guess: its a dac that somehow connects to bluetooth headphones, for some reason

like, plug it into the wall, the headphone aux into a computer or other audio playing device, then you connect a pair of bluetooth headphones to it and they'll play the audio from the input device

so, still near-useless
