@kaia I personally go to my dentist's office in town to set an appointment because she doesn't reply phone messages ever. It's inconvenient for me, but I'd do the same in her place tbh, so I'm not complaining. It's also funny because last time I did so she told me "you don't have to come all the way here, leave me a message!"
