If we're re-imagining the mouse, how about a perfectly weighted replica of a Glock 45 and your screen is a 72 inch TV on the wall?
On second thought, you probably wanna do that with a small bore pistol because you're gonna end up training yourself to hold it so gently that if it has any kind of kick at all, it's gonna slip out of your hand. You'll be surgical with your shooting though...

Yeah but without the damaged TV.
Just imagine how deadly you'd be, within a couple of years, if every mouse click was a practice shot.
You could probably even put some mechanical stuff inside the device so that it simulates kick - not real but just enough to train your hand to NOT hold it like a remote control...
