@RustyCrab there are multiple mechanical and cognitive benefits to caring about handwriting. Faster hand writing, better dexterity, mental clarity, etcetera.
@f0x working on paper is good but I'm not convinced cursive brings enough benefit to keep up the time sink of maintaining it
@RustyCrab @f0x I'm being completely honest when I say it's exactly the reverse for me, writing print is physically painful to me beyond one or two lines
@benis_redux @RustyCrab it's because your ability atrophied, and the answer to poor posture isn't sitting odd, so.. why would abstaining from writing be the answer here?

With how they completely fucked up math learning twice, I wouldn't be surprised if they fucked up learning cursive as well. Probably with some completely dumb methods. Just like "new math" and "common core".
