@vaartis Working on education I can tell you the issue is that they send money to the department/ministry, which in turn sends it to a)employees b)universities which both just come up with even more retarded theories, and then the new retarded "solutions" are sent back up and the government sends money to implement the new retardation, which partly goes to that and partly goes to greasing hands and pockets, and then of the money sent to implementation, some of it goes to actual implementation and some is stolen through fraud (school budget says they bought 5000 staplers)

Anyone competent in the field either gives their class and then goes home, or just quits.
