4Urine? Wtf? That would be an automatic shutdown for any kitchen caught doing that?
I don't even ask anymore man. Once I found out Chinese people use gutter oil to cook food and they know its gutter oil and still do it I just started eating at home
Mother went to a Mexican joint (you know the kinds of places I'm talking about) ordered a Taco or Burrito, something wrapped up, she cut into it and pulled out a leaf, like a dead leaf from a tree outside.
I asked her to find out if they had a hole in their roof in the kitchen. Later, I was very upset to find out she paid for that meal, I would've pushed the plate away from me and left, unfortunately I wasn't there to convince her of that.
Its hard out here for people that don't know how to cook anymore. I'd 100% trust an old medieval inn with a communal stew pot more than most restaurants now

14I've become invested in this autist and his journey for some unfathomable reason. I hope he survives.
Me too, I hope he lives. This is a great experiment
It was a common practice in England especially for taverns/inns to keep a stew pot going all the time, 24/7. As people ladled it out, more was added in. There is a pub in England right now that has had the same stew going over the fire since like 1600 or some shit
Yet they do, and did. It takes a remarkably low fire to keep a cauldron hot enough to not grow bacteria
Then there's the part about meat. Yes, Catholics avoid certain meats at certain times, however if its already in the pot and already been eaten and its just the "flavor" that remains, then according to my legalistic perspective that doesn't count.
Historians who talk like this should be dismembered.
You aren't the first to think of this
now its "I can't go to war today, they're out of mocha soy, 10 different nuts and cinnamon & wheat grass lates down at the local starbucks
