wife's a nurse and you would be shocked but also not shocked at how ridiculous some of the people in power are, the absolute state of pharma fuckery and control, the utter lack of basic knowledge at all levels, and then there's the disgusting frequent flier 'patients' who range from delusional old bags with liquid for brains from drinking themselves retarded or the drug addicts that know they'll just get a fix on the public's dime or the filthy sodomites getting hormones or worse mutilating children
