FUNNY STORY - irl I have "nice hair". Back when it was acceptable to do so, I grew it out past my shoulders. I can't describe it accurately without providing detail a little too dox-worthy, but it was glorious.

I had a lot of attention from the ladies. They loved it.

THEN ONE DAY I noticed what type of attention they were were paying.

>omg your hair is so beautiful what product do you use omg you must spend hours caring for it

It was the 'wrong kind' of attention. Explained a bit. I shaved it off the next day.

@NoDoxGregBrady @vitalis Up until may of last year I had shoulder length ringlets and all women and girls wanted to touch it and asked what i did. Just shampoo and conditioner. Then I realised same as you that I wasn't interested in hair chatter with the lasses or getting braids etc and got fed up walking around with damp hair on dark cold mornings. Shorter is efficient and I keep mine at grade 0 now.
@NoDoxGregBrady @vitalis husband and I just quit going to the haircut place during the pandemic. I stopped dyeing my hair and I haven't had it cut in all those years, except for little end trims I do myself. we hairmaxxed together and it was AWESOME. eventually he got tired of his glorious mane and his Ortho-beard and has a regulation dude haircut now. it was a sad day but he actually looks better I think. women started flirting openly with him in front of me, that was discombobulating.
@NoDoxGregBrady @vitalis Same, started keeping it medium length or short. It was fun seeing how pissed grrls got when they asked "what products do you use" only to hear "A bar of soap from an obscure internet soap maker" and "yeah, I just run a comb through it with some water in the morning".

Seeing the frustration and seething rage on their faces knowing they spent hundreds of dollars or more for nothing was exquisite.

Seriously grrls, just wash your hair regularly. I'm lucky with current gf but I've seen some shit. Women talking about going a week or more without washing their hair and wondering aloud why it looks like shit.

It's one of the reasons why their faces are all broke out too, grinding their faces into that greasy moldy shit while they sleep. Also, they need to wash their nasty pillowcases and sheets regularly too.
