If they do they will have to deal with a prior ruling R.G. & G.R. Harris Funeral Homes Inc. v. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the compelling government interest issue. If this were any other court I’d give this a low chance of being upheld, but since orange retard picked shitlib faggots, this has a 60% chance of being upheld.
