it's any connection with a token linked to that account. Considering the last one was over 2 weeks ago I don't think it's a phone background notification thing unless they are randomly turning his phone on every 2 weeks for something

It's no big deal, I was just looking in the logs and I was going to see if it was a client that supports background sync (like husky) or a regular phone browser or even a desktop. No sweat. Thanks friends
