@RustyCrab there are multiple mechanical and cognitive benefits to caring about handwriting. Faster hand writing, better dexterity, mental clarity, etcetera.
@f0x working on paper is good but I'm not convinced cursive brings enough benefit to keep up the time sink of maintaining it
@RustyCrab @f0x I'm being completely honest when I say it's exactly the reverse for me, writing print is physically painful to me beyond one or two lines
@benis_redux @RustyCrab @f0x For me not writing cursive on a paper is physically painful after ~20 minutes. Probably from all the unnatural hand movements and lifting. Only exception is math, but that is mostly numbers and looks weird with variables written in cursive anyway.
