I'm not saying they don't copy or hell even steal, but clearly not always, they have about equal capacity to innovate. Besides, copying is not always bad, US companies do it to each other constantly, a US company should copy this catch mechanism too tbh

It's even crazier and weirder than I thought actually, death blow to people that go "hurr durr China can't innovate just copy"
