@graf How'd it come about? Unless it's due to a recent or badly healed injury I would heartily recommend deadhangs. They've worked wonders for my shoulder, which has plagued me on and off for about ten years. Now it only hurts when I fuck it up at the gym, being stupid. That dull ache from stress, cramped sleeping etc. though, completely gone. My buddy got rid of a really bad back with that same technique too. Cheap and readily available, try for one minute at a time and seven of those a day.
