I reccomend this culture:

Tons of research out there about its healing properties. I started making it for my eldest daughter because she was a sickly child and had a bunch of antibiotics the first few years of her life. So I was hoping it would help heal her gut.
I take psyllium husk so that my poop isn't as hard as a rock. It works pretty good. From what I hear though fiber can cause you a lot of gas until you acclimate to the levels that you are taking.
It's essentially mushrooms. IMO buzz marketing gut cleanse bullshit that's been multi-level marketed to hell the past few years. For that reason and lack of regulation or efficacy, I don't recommend it. Without knowing diet or activity it is hard to tell what is going on. Perhaps get checked for diverticulitis. As always, eat a fiber rich diet, try to walk or run for 30 minutes to an hour each morning, this also helps break fast, gets the guts moving.
I drove here to save money on an ambulance. Fuck this country's health care system.
I'm not a doc but I swear the appendix is just kinda sudden but who knows, I don't know anyone that talked about having that
@noyoushutthefuckupdad god damn, hope it's nothing serious and that you're feeling better soon!

Oh, I had to deal with Kidney Stones recently. Get the endoscopic laser treatment. You'll wake up feeling better after you piss out the rubble. Do it; it's worth it.
