I am learing how to etch my own PCBs at home. Process is simplish, I can help you with the workflow if you really want to do it.
1. Paint copper clad blank FR-1 or FR-4
2: Burn off layer of paint with a negatve raster, leaving actual traces and pads covered.
3. Leave board in an acid bath for 2-3 hours to dissolve the exposed copper.

3Also the 3D printer market is saturated right now. Bambu Labs is trying to unload their P1S/P1D, same for BIQU makes, these are prosumer oriented printers that can do *ahem* Oriental Art Work.
