@sickburnbro This is akin to the breakfast question. Higher functioning people can put on other peoples' thinking caps and see things through many different lenses without losing themselves. This is how they can also scrutinize their own anaylitcal habits and methods and make improvements over time when they find weaknesses in their own brain fu. Not going crazy or becoming miserable are the real tricks for big brains.

it goes even further than he says in that most people do not even evaluate for truth but only if they like hearing it and they like hearing it if they are familiar. morally good/true/enjoyable to hear have a lot of overlap in most people's brain.
