Tyler didnt admit to it or trn himself in. Thats why he has a good defense attorney. And a 30.06 cant do that little damage ever. So there's that.

The issue is that with a bullet with this much kinetic energy it would either punch through so fast it doesnt dump and of it, or it dumps all of it to stop in which case his neck would have visible exploded, at least internally, from the cavitation. You cant get around the physics. It is impossible to dumb 2200 ft/lbs of energy into a neck without seeing it.

No. He says it will through and through 6 inches. Nothing with that much force will be stopped by 6 inches of mostly empty space. Necks are not dense.

He cant account for the physics of what a bullet would do in a neck. You have 2 choices. A clean through and through or a massive sudden energy dump. We have neither.

They should have shot him with a rifle caliber that penetrated so at least we couldntake that argument. But we have to rely on the dr saying he had Wolverine bones.

Just give him a poison pill that his wife/handler could slip into his drink. Then, his wife and the coroner, whose obviously in on it, could give a simple story that no one would doubt.

Tyler's parents believe he did it and said Tyler told them he did it and told the police about his sus behavior in the month prior. Tyler's family friend believes he did it and told the police he confessed. DNA and prints were collected at the scene and sent of to crimelab, the FBI, and the ATF. The prosecution is unknowingly prosecuting a patsy? And the defense is unknowingly defending a patsy? Why isn't the defense raising these questions that you have? The defense did very little to overcome the evidence.
All the people I listed would either be horrible at their job or were intentionally helping prosecute a known innocent patsy.
